Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide leadership across various food and beverage outlets including Banquets, Drift Lounge, In-Room Dining, and La Loba Restaurant
- Serve as Banquet Captain or Banquet Supervisor during banquet events
- Supervise daily operations ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Manage and support the Food & Beverage team fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with training and mentoring team members
