Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and supervision across multiple food and beverage outlets including banquets, Drift Lounge, In-Room Dining, and La Loba Restaurant
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate daily operations and manage team members to maintain efficiency
  • Oversee banquet events serving as Banquet Captain or Supervisor when required
  • Monitor inventory and supplies to support operational needs
  • Train and develop food and beverage staff for performance improvement
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
