Job Duties
- Provide leadership and supervision across multiple food and beverage outlets including banquets, Drift Lounge, In-Room Dining, and La Loba Restaurant
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate daily operations and manage team members to maintain efficiency
- Oversee banquet events serving as Banquet Captain or Supervisor when required
- Monitor inventory and supplies to support operational needs
- Train and develop food and beverage staff for performance improvement
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
