Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain par levels
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Support and manage the Lobby Restaurant, Lounge, and Market
- Work closely with Food & Beverage Managers and other hotel departments
- Order and maintain par levels of inventory
- Maintain a high energy, positive, professional appearance
- Supervise staff and ensure excellent guest service
- Adapt to a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Communicate effectively with team and guests
