Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and collecting feedback
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering food and beverage supplies
  • Ensure all items are properly stocked and available for service
  • Maintain high food quality, presentation, and overall service standards
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency
  • Manage workflow and troubleshoot operational issues during peak times
  • Support the training and development of staff regarding menu, service standards, and company policies
