Job Requirements

  • 6 plus months of experience in a server or similar role
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • Hotel or hospitality background
  • Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications or ability to obtain within 60 days
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule

Job Duties

  • Supervise and support a team of food and beverage associates to deliver timely friendly service across all dining areas
  • Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to maintain service quality cleanliness and team performance
  • Serve as a key link between front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
  • Step in as needed to support bartending bussing or food running duties to maintain efficient service flow
  • Manage scheduling and supply orders to balance business needs with labor and cost control
