Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage supervision or related hospitality management role
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Detail oriented and well organized

- Full time supervisory position that requires full flexibility, ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule
- A true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
- Candidates should be detail oriented and organized
- Candidates should possess food and beverage knowledge. Beverage knowledge should include wine, spirits and beer
Job Duties
- Supports and manages the Lobby Restaurant, Lounge and Market while working closely with the Food and Beverage Managers and other hotel departments
- May be responsible for ordering and maintaining par levels
- Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
