Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage supervision or related hospitality management role
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Detail oriented and well organized

  • Full time supervisory position that requires full flexibility, ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule
  • A true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Candidates should be detail oriented and organized
  • Candidates should possess food and beverage knowledge. Beverage knowledge should include wine, spirits and beer

Job Duties

  • Supports and manages the Lobby Restaurant, Lounge and Market while working closely with the Food and Beverage Managers and other hotel departments
  • May be responsible for ordering and maintaining par levels
  • Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
