Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or food service industry preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests
  • proven leadership capabilities
  • familiarity with POS and cash handling
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • proven experience as a host, server, or cashier with supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management and cost control
  • excellent problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • prior cash handling and experience with MICROS POS system
  • TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe certification preferred
  • understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • proficient in MS Office and POS systems
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with training and development of staff
  • oversee daily operations of the restaurant
  • manage restaurant staff and schedules
  • ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
  • maintain inventory and control costs
  • implement food safety and hygiene practices
  • handle cash and POS system transactions
