Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least one year experience in a bar or restaurant establishment
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Strong orientation to customer service and ability to work with other staff members in the facility
  • Excellent organizational, planning, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ServSafe Allergen certificate and Alcohol training certificate
  • Ability to stoop and lift up to 50 pounds consistently

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Training of all suite attendants and barbacks
  • Overall assistance helping all food and beverage areas including concessions and banquets
  • Communicating with suite customers to ensure all needs have been met
  • Prepare tasks for function rooms and arena bar settings and side work lists
  • Maintaining all suite and bar equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance
  • Involved in all food and beverage monthly reporting and inventory as assigned
  • Maintain a health department score of 90 or higher
  • Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service
  • Recordkeeping including attendance, event reports, and staff evaluations
