Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least one year experience in a bar or restaurant establishment
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Strong orientation to customer service and ability to work with other staff members in the facility
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ServSafe Allergen certificate and Alcohol training certificate
- Ability to stoop and lift up to 50 pounds consistently

Job Duties
- Training of all suite attendants and barbacks
- Overall assistance helping all food and beverage areas including concessions and banquets
- Communicating with suite customers to ensure all needs have been met
- Prepare tasks for function rooms and arena bar settings and side work lists
- Maintaining all suite and bar equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance
- Involved in all food and beverage monthly reporting and inventory as assigned
- Maintain a health department score of 90 or higher
- Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service
- Recordkeeping including attendance, event reports, and staff evaluations
