Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage supervision or related field
- ability to motivate and lead a team
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
- capability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods
- commitment to maintaining high standards of appearance and professionalism
- adherence to food health safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Engage with guests checking in on dining customers to assess their satisfaction with food quality service and overall experience
- promptly address any issues or concerns raised by customers ensuring complaints are resolved in a timely and professional manner aiming for positive outcomes that encourage return visits and customer loyalty
- lead by example providing hands-on supervision of front of house staff overseeing employees on service standards safety and the hotel’s procedures ensuring staff are equipped to meet high standards of hospitality
- oversee the day to day operations of the restaurant to ensure everything runs smoothly including monitoring staff performance assigning tasks and ensuring service is delivered efficiently
- review the front of house work schedules covering peak hours and providing seamless service even during busy periods
- keep a close eye on inventory levels ensuring food supplies beverages amenities cleaning supplies POS supplies and other essentials are sufficiently stocked coordinate with management to place orders and track inventory usage minimizing waste while ensuring high-quality materials are always available
- convey information and ideas clearly both oral and written
