Job Requirements

  • At least two years of hotel food and beverage or restaurant supervisor experience required
  • Previous bartending experience
  • Flexible to work AM and PM shifts mid-shifts weekends and holidays
  • Ability to communicate in English both verbal and written
  • Must be able to stand or walk for at least eight hours and lift or carry heavy trays weighting at least 25-30 pounds
  • Current alcohol permit and Food Handler Certification required

Job Duties

  • Monitor food and beverage staff and ensure service delivery exceeds guest expectations
  • Assist with managing food and beverage operations for the restaurant, banquets, lounge bar and room service
  • Be hands on and physically support food and beverage and banquet staff to ensure guests are taken care of and business needs are consistently met
  • Train new hires
  • Inspect side work to ensure opening and closing duties are consistently practiced
  • Resolve guest related issues or complaints regarding service and food and beverages
