Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- refined verbal communication skills
- physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- current alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state government agency
- food service and/or other certification as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food and beverage principles
- ability to train and develop staff
- excellent problem-solving skills
- certification in alcohol service and/or food handling
Job Duties
- Support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities
- lead associates by coaching, giving direction, training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing
- demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge
- serve as liaison between culinary and food and beverage operations
- ensure product quality and service standards
- contribute to overall outlet performance
- manage daily operations in the food and beverage department
