Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- at least one year experience in a bar or restaurant establishment
- advanced oral and written communication skills
- strong orientation to customer service and ability to work with other staff members in the facility
- excellent organizational, planning, communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
- must be at least 18 years old
- ServSafe Allergen certificate and Alcohol Training certificate

Job Duties
- Train all suite attendants and barbacks
- assist food and beverage areas including concessions and banquets
- communicate with suite customers to ensure needs are met
- prepare tasks for function rooms, arena bar settings, and side work lists
- maintain suite and bar equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance
- assist with food and beverage monthly reporting and inventory
- maintain a health department score of 90 or higher
