Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum one year experience in bar or restaurant
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Minimum age of 18
  • ServSafe Allergen certification
  • Alcohol training certification
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 50lbs consistently
  • Must be able to stoop, push and pull
  • Ability to work hands-on in event settings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year experience in a bar or restaurant establishment
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent organizational, planning, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and complete multiple tasks
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ServSafe Allergen certificate
  • Alcohol Training certificate

Job Duties

  • Train all suite attendants and barbacks
  • Assist all food and beverage areas including concessions and banquets
  • Communicate with suite customers to ensure needs are met
  • Prepare tasks for function rooms and arena bar settings
  • Maintain cleanliness and annual maintenance of suite and bar equipment
  • Assist with food and beverage monthly reporting and inventory
  • Maintain a Health Department score of 90 or higher
