Job Requirements

  • previous supervisory experience ideally as a food and beverage supervisor
  • culinary or cooking experience is a plus
  • ability to lead a team, establish service standards and positively influence employee behavior
  • must have serve safe food handling and tips certification or willing to obtain certification upon hire
  • able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • tips certification or willingness to obtain
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • hospitality industry experience preferred

Job Duties

  • lead and supervise restaurant and banquets teams
  • ensure all food and beverage services meet True Hospitality Standards
  • oversee guest requests and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
  • maintain a high standard of service to exceed guest expectations
  • motivate and positively influence employee behavior
  • assist Food and Beverage Management team in daily operations
  • handle service issues to ensure guest satisfaction
