Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years relevant work experience
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of food safety regulations
  • Willingness to work variable schedules and overtime

Job Duties

  • Assist Director of Business Operations with day to day operating of concessions for Flyers Training Center
  • Continually look for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency
  • Train part time staff as needed
  • Assist Director of Business Operations with ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety including handling complaints and queries
  • Assist Director of Business Operations with cultivating menu, ordering and purchasing inventory and supplies
  • Assist with daily duties for the Office Manager and General Manager
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
  • work nights and weekends, variable schedules and overtime as necessary
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
