Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cash handling experience is required
  • Supervisory experience is a plus
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Candidate will work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch or crawl, talk and hear

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cash handling experience
  • Supervisory experience is a plus
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Bi-lingual is a plus

Job Duties

  • Directly supervises, mentors, and trains the Beverage Service Supervisors, Beverage Servers, Cocktail Servers, Bartenders, Stockers and Barbacks
  • Trains and supervises the beverage staff
  • Reports the status of operations, concerns or any standard variances relating to the beverage stations, beverage service personnel, or inventory levels to the Food and Beverage leadership
  • Work alongside the Food and Beverage Leadership to ensure operational efficiency within the department
  • Maintains, fully understands and enforces liquor policies and procedures, rules and ordinances
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly beverage service to all guests
  • Address guest and team member concerns and resolves conflicts
