Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
- knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant and banquet operations to ensure exceptional customer service
- train and supervise staff to deliver a high level of service that aligns with the club's standards
- schedule and manage the day-to-day activities of the food and beverage team
- monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
- address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution
- assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders for food and beverage supplies
- implement strategies to control costs and minimize waste
- collaborate with the events team to coordinate and execute banquets, weddings, and special events
- ensure all aspects of events, including setup and breakdown, meet or exceed customer expectations
