Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties

  • Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant and banquet operations to ensure exceptional customer service
  • train and supervise staff to deliver a high level of service that aligns with the club's standards
  • schedule and manage the day-to-day activities of the food and beverage team
  • monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
  • address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution
  • assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders for food and beverage supplies
  • implement strategies to control costs and minimize waste
  • collaborate with the events team to coordinate and execute banquets, weddings, and special events
  • ensure all aspects of events, including setup and breakdown, meet or exceed customer expectations
