Job Requirements

  • assist in accurately forecasting food and beverage revenue/expenses
  • assist in ensuring hotel staff is trained in financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables
  • identify major revenue and expense opportunities and possible problems
  • create and distribute team member schedules in a timely manner
  • supervise day to day operations of food and beverage outlets
  • manage and maintain the sanitation of food and beverage areas and equipment to protect assets, comply with regulations, and ensure quality service

Job Qualifications

  • advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food and beverage/hospitality profession including managing people and food and beverage management
  • highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
  • effective in handling workplace problems including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems
  • ability to work well in stressful situations
  • readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
