Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage supervision
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team and customers
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Availability to respond promptly to member and guest needs
  • Willingness to participate in training and staff development activities

  • Knowledge of health, safety, and liquor control regulations

  • Experience with event setup and banquet service
  • Ability to conduct training and staff development
  • Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to conduct meetings and report to management

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food and beverage dining services including main restaurant and bar
  • Assist in supervising and managing food and beverage staff such as servers, bartenders, and hosts
  • Ensure guests receive exceptional customer service and handle member inquiries
  • Attend weekly manager meetings in absence of the F and B Manager
  • Assist in timely setup of all functions and meetings while maintaining quality standards
  • Develop and implement training plans for banquet and function service staff
  • Recruit team members and lead them to positive membership satisfaction
  • Respond to member and guest concerns and advise the General Manager
  • Conduct pre-meal meetings with Private Events Manager and culinary staff
  • Assist in inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, liquor control, and sanitation standards
  • Oversee scheduling and provide reports to payroll
  • Coordinate and complete monthly inventory counts
  • Provide ongoing staff development and training
  • Display loyalty and teamwork as part of the management team
  • Perform other duties as assigned
