Job Duties

  • Responsible for staffing
  • scheduling
  • coaching and cash handling
  • Liaison between culinary team and front of house operations
  • Support senior leadership in Market Stand Cafe, Perks Coffee Shop and Big Bar on 2
  • Coach and counsel a team of more than 10 colleagues
  • Introduction to financial aspects of food, labor, operating costs
  • Demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge
  • Ensure operations and cash handling comply with policies
  • Maintain communication and coordination with hotel departments
  • Analyze, investigate and resolve guest complaints
  • Motivate colleagues to achieve service standards
  • Ensure proper staffing levels
