Job Duties
- Responsible for staffing
- scheduling
- coaching and cash handling
- Liaison between culinary team and front of house operations
- Support senior leadership in Market Stand Cafe, Perks Coffee Shop and Big Bar on 2
- Coach and counsel a team of more than 10 colleagues
- Introduction to financial aspects of food, labor, operating costs
- Demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge
- Ensure operations and cash handling comply with policies
- Maintain communication and coordination with hotel departments
- Analyze, investigate and resolve guest complaints
- Motivate colleagues to achieve service standards
