Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food and beverage operations preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • Proficiency in scheduling and timekeeping systems
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Capability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist managers in overseeing daily crew operations
  • Ensure completion of pre-shift standup meetings
  • Document attendance issues and follow policy
  • Conduct inspections, report problems and follow up
  • Verify park cleanliness and delegate cleaning duties
  • Approve timekeeping and clock-in/out punches
  • Complete daily schedule template
  • Assess and reassign crew as needed
  • Identify and address training needs
  • Handle guest complaints effectively
  • Assist with incident reports and ensure timely submission
  • Work alongside crew and fill in during breaks
  • Schedule crew members for designated location
  • Support goals for reducing turnover times
  • Assist with ride audits and retraining
  • Update and communicate standup meeting information
  • Ensure facility maintenance and notify management of issues
