Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry
  • certification in food safety is preferred
  • strong communication and leadership abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • capability to handle customer complaints effectively
  • knowledge of health and safety standards
  • excellent organizational skills
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • basic computer skills for managing schedules and inventory

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry
  • strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
  • ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently
  • excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • certification in food safety and/or hospitality management is a plus

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of food and beverage staff
  • ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests
  • train, mentor, and evaluate team members to uphold service standards
  • monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and compliance with safety regulations
  • assist in scheduling shifts and managing labor costs
  • handle customer complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction
  • oversee stock levels and place orders as needed
  • manage waste and minimize losses
  • work with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas
  • enforce company policies and health and safety standards
