Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry
- certification in food safety is preferred
- strong communication and leadership abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capability to handle customer complaints effectively
- knowledge of health and safety standards
- excellent organizational skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- basic computer skills for managing schedules and inventory

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry
- strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently
- excellent organizational and time-management skills
- flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- certification in food safety and/or hospitality management is a plus
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate activities of food and beverage staff
- ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests
- train, mentor, and evaluate team members to uphold service standards
- monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and compliance with safety regulations
- assist in scheduling shifts and managing labor costs
- handle customer complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction
- oversee stock levels and place orders as needed
- manage waste and minimize losses
- work with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas
- enforce company policies and health and safety standards
