Job Requirements
- Some college experience
- Two to four years in a high volume, high quality restaurant operation
- Minimum one year management or supervisory experience
- Previous job in a restaurant line position
Job Qualifications
- Competent with Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office
- Familiar with industry standard software
- Demonstrated supervision and management experience
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for all things 21c

Job Duties
- Oversee breakfast barista, AM room service, AM dining room
- Monitor reservation system and host stand procedures
- Maintain menu content and cleanliness
- Ensure department is staffed sufficiently for each meal period
- Provide highest and most efficient level of guest service
- Maintain high morale of AM restaurant crew
- Ensure all employees follow service standards
- Maintain a clean and orderly restaurant and bar
- Create awareness of in-house VIPs
- Develop a following of regulars
- Assist and execute tasks assigned by Restaurant Managers and Food & Beverage Director
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
