Job Requirements

  • Some college experience
  • Two to four years in a high volume, high quality restaurant operation
  • Minimum one year management or supervisory experience
  • Previous job in a restaurant line position

Job Qualifications

  • Competent with Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with industry standard software
  • Demonstrated supervision and management experience
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for all things 21c

Job Duties

  • Oversee breakfast barista, AM room service, AM dining room
  • Monitor reservation system and host stand procedures
  • Maintain menu content and cleanliness
  • Ensure department is staffed sufficiently for each meal period
  • Provide highest and most efficient level of guest service
  • Maintain high morale of AM restaurant crew
  • Ensure all employees follow service standards
  • Maintain a clean and orderly restaurant and bar
  • Create awareness of in-house VIPs
  • Develop a following of regulars
  • Assist and execute tasks assigned by Restaurant Managers and Food & Beverage Director
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
