Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications or licenses per local gaming regulations
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment with exposure to bright lights and noise
Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of service standards and beverage product preparation and presentation
- Strong guest service and leadership skills
- Ability to operate computer systems for administrative duties
- Bilingual skills considered a plus
Job Duties
- Ensure the efficient operation of all beverage outlets in compliance with company standards and policies
- Monitor compliance with all federal, state, and local liquor, health, and safety regulations
- Oversee personnel matters including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, training, evaluating, and counseling staff
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in establishing budget goals and monitoring departmental financial performance
- Monitor staffing levels and make adjustments to meet business needs
- Establish and monitor standards of service for each beverage outlet
- Represent the Food and Beverage department in labor matters and employee-related hearings as needed
