Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar position preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications or licenses per local gaming regulations
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment with exposure to bright lights and noise

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of service standards and beverage product preparation and presentation
  • Strong guest service and leadership skills
  • Ability to operate computer systems for administrative duties
  • Bilingual skills considered a plus

Job Duties

  • Ensure the efficient operation of all beverage outlets in compliance with company standards and policies
  • Monitor compliance with all federal, state, and local liquor, health, and safety regulations
  • Oversee personnel matters including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, training, evaluating, and counseling staff
  • Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in establishing budget goals and monitoring departmental financial performance
  • Monitor staffing levels and make adjustments to meet business needs
  • Establish and monitor standards of service for each beverage outlet
  • Represent the Food and Beverage department in labor matters and employee-related hearings as needed
