Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
  • Knowledge of food safety and beverage service standards

Job Duties

  • Supports and manages the lobby restaurant, lounge and market while working closely with the Food & Beverage Managers and other hotel departments
  • May be responsible for ordering and maintaining par levels
  • Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
  • Supervises team members to ensure quality service delivery
  • Coordinates daily operations and resolves guest service issues
  • Trains new staff on food and beverage protocols
  • Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
