Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory or lead server experience in restaurant or country club dining
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced, member-focused environment
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn about wine, beer, and cocktails
  • Professional appearance and passionate about hospitality
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during special events

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service standards and a welcoming atmosphere
  • Lead, train, and motivate servers, bartenders, and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality member experiences
  • Oversee floor operations during lunch, dinner, and member events, ensuring smooth service flow
  • Monitor and maintain standards of food quality, beverage presentation, and service etiquette
  • Handle member and guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure proper coverage for all shifts
  • Support onboarding and continuous training to maintain a knowledgeable and service-oriented team
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and service team
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and monitoring of restaurant supplies
  • Help implement service standards, upselling initiatives, and member engagement programs
  • Act as manager-on-duty for the restaurant, ensuring all member needs are anticipated and exceeded
