Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage supervision or management
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment and perform light desk work

Job Duties
- Assist with staff hiring, supervision, scheduling, training and development
- Ensure all LSI HR policies and employment practices are followed in banquet and food/beverage departments
- Assist with purchasing produce, meats, poultry, fish and seafood, supplies, beverages, and equipment
- Assist in receiving and checking all food and beverage orders to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Help supervise inventories
- Help supervise the cleaning and maintenance of food and beverage facilities and equipment
- Assist in investigating and resolving any food quality or service complaints
