Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- ability to work part-time hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- ability to supervise and lead a team

- ability to handle guest complaints and incidents

Job Duties
- Assist managers in overseeing the daily operations of all crew at your facility
- see that standups meetings pre-shift are completed
- document attendance issues following attendance policy
- ensure inspections are completed and problems are tagged, reported, and followed up
- verify that the park is clean and delegate cleaning duties to team members
- approve times and ensure management staff approve clock-in/out punches each shift
- complete daily schedule template the previous day to ensure all positions are covered
- assess team and move crew around as needed
- assess team for training and re-training needs
- field guest complaints
- assist Operations Managers in completion of guest and team member incident reports as needed
- help Manager ensure reports are completed and turned in within 24 hours
- ensure team members who are injured are retrained if that was the cause
- if team member needs medical attention call Safety Manager immediately
- work alongside crew as needed and fill in for breaks as needed
- perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
- schedule crew members for your designated location
- support GMs goal of ensuring team meets or exceeds turn over times
- assist with ride audits if needed and retrain/coach as needed
- update standup meeting info and communicate changes to other operations managers
- ensure facility is well maintained and notify GM if something needs to be fixed
