Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of one years experience in hotel food and beverage management or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry a moderate amount of weight - 10lb-20lbs and occasionally help team lift kegs
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and potential holidays
- Proficient in general computer knowledge
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Committed to delivering high level customer service

Job Duties
- Responsible for staffing, scheduling, coaching and cash handling
- Liaison between culinary team and front of house operations
- Support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic supervisory responsibilities in Market Stand Cafe, Perks Coffee Shop and Big Bar on 2
- Coach and counsel a team of more than 10 colleagues to reflect Hyatt Service Standards and Procedures
- Introduction to financial aspects of food, labor, and operating costs
- Demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge
- Ensure all operations and cash handling are done per policies and procedures
- Maintain excellent communication and coordination with all hotel departments
- Analyze, investigate, and resolve guest complaints
- Coach, motivate and develop colleagues to achieve service standards
- Ensures proper staffing levels for customer service goals
