Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or attraction leadership
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and food safety best practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and ever-changing environment
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete certification within 30 days

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or attraction leadership
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and food safety
Guest-obsessed mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and ever-changing environment
Experience managing or supervising in a cafe, restaurant, or entertainment venue is a plus
Valid Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete certification within 30 days
Creative eye for presentation, layout, and guest flow

Job Duties

Lead the cafe and bar operations including food and beverage service of hot meals, Starbucks coffee, snacks, ice cream, and cold drinks
Deliver awesome guest service by setting the standard for friendly, efficient, and engaging experiences
Train and empower team members, ensuring adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
Manage stock, control waste, and order supplies to maintain smooth and efficient operations
Maintain hygiene, recordkeeping, and temperature checks according to Merlin Food Safety Standards
Drive sales by meeting and exceeding sales goals, spend-per-head targets, and KPIs while managing costs
Plan schedules, forecast staffing needs, and support attraction operations during Manager-on-Duty shifts
Build team spirit by celebrating wins, recognizing good work, and fostering a culture of motivation and collaboration
