Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or banquet setting
  • Food service background at the server level
  • Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls
  • Ability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
  • Experience with Micro's point of sales system preferred

Job Duties

  • Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates ensuring performance aligns with brand and hotel standards
  • Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in food and beverage outlets ensuring consistency and appeal
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards for guests and associates
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food quality
  • Perform service functions during high volume or staffing shortages
  • Maintain proper par levels and inventory of food and beverage supplies
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal and corporate requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Report equipment malfunctions and follow up on repairs
  • Follow sustainability guidelines associated with HHM's EarthView program
  • Practice safe work habits and adhere to MSDS and OSHA standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
