Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Coordinate the work of restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain standards of food, beverage, and quality guest service
- Establish and maintain human resources functions including motivation, training, coaching, and development
- Manage compliance with labor, wage, hour, and StepStone-related regulations and policies
- Contribute to profitability and guest satisfaction of hotel departments
- Maintain and correct financial procedures including credit control and inventory management
- Respond and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions courteously and promptly
