Job Requirements

  • Ability to prepare statistical reports and presentations
  • Familiarity with food and beverage quality standards

Job Duties

  • Coordinate the work of restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain standards of food, beverage, and quality guest service
  • Establish and maintain human resources functions including motivation, training, coaching, and development
  • Manage compliance with labor, wage, hour, and StepStone-related regulations and policies
  • Contribute to profitability and guest satisfaction of hotel departments
  • Maintain and correct financial procedures including credit control and inventory management
  • Respond and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions courteously and promptly
