Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and be on feet for entire shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food and beverage supervision or management
  • strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop team members
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • ability to work effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Engage with guests to assess satisfaction with food quality and service
  • promptly address customer issues and resolve complaints professionally
  • lead and supervise front of house staff ensuring adherence to service standards and safety procedures
  • oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including staff scheduling and task assignments
  • monitor and manage inventory levels and coordinate with management for orders
  • maintain clear oral and written communication
  • evaluate and select appropriate actions quickly and accurately
