Job Duties

  • Assist the F&B management team to create a smooth-running operation and provide an excellent service
  • support with initiative and commitment to the overall objectives of the business in terms of revenue, costs and teamwork
  • take ownership of the guest journey to ensure a truly unique Freehand experience
  • respond quickly and efficiently to all customer requests and enquiries with a can-do attitude
  • demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food and beverage menu
  • ensure compliance with health and safety, fire safety and food hygiene legislation
  • develop and train employees to meet required standards
  • communicate effectively to motivate the team
  • other duties as reasonably required
