Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles
  • specific experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • cash handling experience
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
  • proven experience as a host, server, or cashier
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management and cost control
  • excellent problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • prior cash handling and experience with MICROS POS system
  • TIPS, CPR and Serve Safe certification preferred
  • understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • proficient in MS Office and POS systems
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • assist the Restaurant Manager with training and development of staff
  • oversee daily operations of the restaurant
  • manage restaurant staff effectively
  • ensure excellent service delivery to guests
  • maintain knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management and cost control
  • handle cash and use MICROS POS system
  • ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed
