Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a server and or bartender
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in English for communication
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Basic knowledge of liquor laws and compliance
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a server and or bartender
- Supervisory or lead experience in food and beverage preferred
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and lead by example
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Oversee assigned shift operations for the restaurant and or bar while performing duties as a server and or bartender
- Supervise and support employees to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service
- Set up assigned work areas according to established standards
- Ensure adherence to beverage and service guidelines, including knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine selections
- Assign, monitor, and verify completion of side work and operational tasks
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to communicate goals and service expectations
- Order and manage daily supplies for assigned outlets
- Follow up on staff training and maintain service quality
- Handle guest comments and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and recovery
- Maintain active presence on the floor during peak hours to support staff and guests
- Observe, coach, and correct staff performance to uphold service standards
- Monitor food preparation and beverage presentation for consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall condition of all food and beverage outlets
- Open and close shifts including administrative and banking procedures
- Prepare and follow up on maintenance requests
- Monitor cost control measures including labor, payroll, and beverage inventory
- Oversee bar controls such as shot glass use, pour accuracy, and bottle inventory
- Comply with all liquor laws prohibiting alcohol service to minors or intoxicated guests
- Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures including CPR
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Ability to perform multiple roles within food and beverage including server, bartender, host, or server assistant
- Lead by example and provide coaching or disciplinary action when appropriate
- Communicate effectively and proactively with all departments to resolve issues
- Handle guest concerns professionally ensuring recovery
- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues promoting teamwork and collaboration
- Flexibility to assist in other areas of hotel operations as needed
