Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and equipment as directed
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in environments ranging from 34°F to -10°F
- Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be present
- Capable of working in varying temperatures and humidity
- Ability to remain mobile during scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by prioritizing guest needs over task
- Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage standards
- Execute processes including food deliveries, replenishment, merchandise straightening, in-stock routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing reserve product
- Follow all food safety requirements according to Target policies and procedures
- Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales
- Work with vendors to set and maintain salesfloor merchandise displays and organize backroom space
- Locate and process damaged, recalled, or expired items following Target policies
- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues
- Execute all relevant federal, state, and local adult beverage laws
- Use and care for in-store and personal protective equipment
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Work safely complying with all safety policies and report hazards
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick-up, and Drive-up
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting when requested
- Thank guests and ensure they feel valued
- Perform other duties as required by business needs
