Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to handle cash register operations
- climb up and down ladders
- lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- flexible work schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- ability to work in temperature ranges from 34 degrees Fahrenheit to -10 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in spaces with common allergens
- capability to remain mobile for entire shift duration
- reliable and prompt attendance necessary
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology
- work independently and with a team
- resolve guest questions quickly
- attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience providing fresh and full shopping experience
- uphold and maintain execution of Food & Beverage Standards
- execute processes including food deliveries replenishment straightening merchandise in-stocks routines data accuracy culling rotation cleaning signing and organizing reserve product
- follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target policies and procedures
- use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales
- work with vendors to set maintain and adjust salesfloor displays and backroom organization
- locate and process damaged recalled or expired items according to policies
- be knowledgeable about tools products and services in the store to solve guest issues
- execute all federal state and local adult beverage laws
- use and care for personal protective equipment
- demonstrate ethical conduct safety and compliance
- work safely and report hazards
- support guest services such as backup cashier order pickup and Drive-up maintaining compliance
- create a welcoming experience by greeting and assisting guests
- complete all other duties based on business needs
