Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in environments ranging from 34F to -10F
- Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be present
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience, providing a fresh and full shopping experience
- Uphold and maintain execution of the Food & Beverage standards
- Execute food deliveries, replenishment, straightening merchandise, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and organizing and storing reserve product
- Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target's policies and procedures
- Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales
- Work with vendors to set, maintain and make planned changes to salesfloor merchandise displays and keep organized backroom space
- Locate and identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to policies and procedures
