Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Ability to climb up and down ladders safely
- Flexible work schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Capable of working in temperature-variable environments including cold storage
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Willingness to follow food safety and compliance policies consistently

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations prioritizing the guest's needs over task
- Uphold and maintain execution of the Food & Beverage Standards
- Execute Food & Beverage processes including food deliveries replenishment straightening merchandise in-stocks routines data accuracy culling rotation cleaning signing and organizing reserve product
- Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target's policies and procedures
- Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales
- Work with vendors to maintain and make planned changes to salesfloor merchandise displays and backroom organization
- Locate and identify damaged recalled or expired items and process according to Target's policies and procedures
- Be knowledgeable about the tools products and services available in the store to solve issues for guests and improve their experience
- Execute all federal state and local adult beverage laws as they apply to your business
- Appropriately use and care for in-store and personal protective equipment
- Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct safety and compliance
- Work in a safe manner at all times comply with all safety policies best practices and training
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier order pick up and Drive-up and maintain a compliance culture
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
