Job Requirements

  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Should have at least 1 year of food and beverage experience
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays
  • Willing to do heavy lifting
  • Minimum lifting 50 lbs
  • Should have at least 1 year of 5 star luxury hotel kitchen experience
  • Must be Servsafe Certified (cooks and chefs)
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and extreme temperatures

  • Proven experience as cook

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
  • Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent physical condition and stamina
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Serve guests at banquets and events
  • Prepare and replenish breakfast service areas
  • Mix and serve drinks as a bartender
  • Clear and reset tables as a busser
  • Deliver food from kitchen to tables as a runner
  • Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes
  • Support kitchen operations and maintenance as kitchen utility
