Job Requirements
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Should have at least 1 year of food and beverage experience
- Willing to work weekends and holidays
- Willing to do heavy lifting
- Minimum lifting 50 lbs
- Should have at least 1 year of 5 star luxury hotel kitchen experience
- Must be Servsafe Certified (cooks and chefs)
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and extreme temperatures

- Proven experience as cook

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent physical condition and stamina
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Serve guests at banquets and events
- Prepare and replenish breakfast service areas
- Mix and serve drinks as a bartender
- Clear and reset tables as a busser
- Deliver food from kitchen to tables as a runner
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes
- Support kitchen operations and maintenance as kitchen utility
