Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and overtime
  • Ability to stand and walk on uneven and moving surfaces
  • Capability to work in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow food safety regulations
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and overtime
  • Customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Become familiar with state, local and REP food safety regulations and procedures
  • Become familiar with REP catering equipment, timing of production and delivery procedures
  • Assist in general care of food and beverage area, including keeping a clean and orderly space
  • Assist with top of day, during event and end of day prepping and cleaning of food and beverage areas
  • Acquire knowledge of on-board experience, performance highlights, and venue facility
  • Work with the entire event team to maintain a positive, enjoyable, and rewarding environment for all staff and passengers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
