Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and overtime
- Ability to stand and walk on uneven and moving surfaces
- Capability to work in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow food safety regulations
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and overtime
- Customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Become familiar with state, local and REP food safety regulations and procedures
- Become familiar with REP catering equipment, timing of production and delivery procedures
- Assist in general care of food and beverage area, including keeping a clean and orderly space
- Assist with top of day, during event and end of day prepping and cleaning of food and beverage areas
- Acquire knowledge of on-board experience, performance highlights, and venue facility
- Work with the entire event team to maintain a positive, enjoyable, and rewarding environment for all staff and passengers
- Perform other duties as assigned
