Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow directions
- Must be a phenomenal team player
- Must have impeccable integrity for the business, the community, and the Proof of the Pudding team
- ServSafe certified preferred
- One or more years of customer service experience preferred
- Attention to detail to ensure all ordered items are correct and following company policies including health guidelines
- Strong customer service skills with desire to provide excellent service
- Punctual and consistent work ethic
- Effective communication skills with both team members and guests
- Availability to work the duration of special event

Job Duties
- Perform duties as assigned by POP leadership depending on position
- Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and professional dress at all times
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
- Maintain responsibility by ensuring regular attendance and timely completion of tasks
- Exhibit professional interpersonal skills including tact, patience, and courtesy with customers, guests, and staff
- Display honest behavior and self-control consistently
