Job Requirements

- 10+ years of Food & Beverage industry and operational experience
- Professional certifications preferred

Job Qualifications
- 10+ years of Food & Beverage industry and operational experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Professional certifications such as Certified Custodial Technician or Green Masters Certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of Food & Beverage practices
- Strong training and instructional skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication skills at all organizational levels
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of safety regulations related to Food & Beverage operations
- Capacity for developing innovative strategies
- Skilled in contract negotiation and management
Job Duties
- Create a working environment that encourages high performance and innovation
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert within the Food & Beverage category
- Establish category plans and strategy to align with C&W business priorities
- Drive EBITDA growth through preferred suppliers
- Analyze current Food & Beverage programs for improvement and cost savings
- Develop and deliver training programs on best practices and safety
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute category strategies effectively
