Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Food & Beverage industry and operational experience preferred
  • bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • professional certifications such as Certified Custodial Technician (CCT) or Green Masters Certification preferred
  • deep knowledge of Food & Beverage practices
  • ability to train and mentor others effectively
  • strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • effective communication skills at all organizational levels

Job Duties

  • analyzes current Food & Beverage program to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, client experience and cost reduction opportunities
  • incorporates industry best practices into category delivery
  • utilizes demand planning to target value from supplier agreements
  • monitors preferred supplier utilization, builds roster to ensure capability to deliver across service lines, and monitors performance to meet account needs
  • develops and understands data analytics to drive in-depth analysis of client third-party spend
  • ensures effective commercial arrangements
  • serves as a point of contact for Food & Beverage services questions
  • develops and delivers comprehensive training programs covering best practices, safety protocols, and new equipment or technologies
  • communicates preferred supplier metrics and promotes network adoption
  • develops and maintains strong relationships with business units and category management team
  • drives for results by achieving goals timely
  • delivers clear and impactful communications
  • introduces new best-in-class ideas and approaches for category strategies
  • works cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Operations, TDS, HR, Project Management for delivery of category strategies
  • utilizes problem-solving skills and continuous improvement techniques
