Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years experience in food and beverage industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • Proven leadership and program management experience
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and supplier management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organizational environment
  • Proficient in data analysis and category management tools
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs
  • Commitment to comply with company code of conduct and values

Job Qualifications

  • Preferred 10+ years of food and beverage industry and operational experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Professional certifications like Certified Custodial Technician (CCT) or Green Masters Certification preferred
  • Deep knowledge of food and beverage practices
  • Effective training and instructional skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Strong organization and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of safety regulations related to food and beverage operations
  • Capacity to develop innovative strategies and solutions
  • Skilled in contract negotiation and ongoing management

Job Duties

  • Create a working environment that encourages high performance and innovation
  • Become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert within the Food & Beverage category
  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and conflict resolution to achieve procurement and client account goals
  • Promote compliance with Cushman & Wakefield's code of conduct and DRIVE values
  • Navigate a matrixed organization with stakeholders across different business lines and functions
  • Establish category plans and strategies aligned with company priorities
  • Collaborate with procurement business partners and service line leadership to align category management vision
  • Drive EBITDA growth through preferred supplier programs
  • Analyze current Food & Beverage programs for improvement, cost reduction and enhanced client experience
  • Utilize demand planning to maximize value from supplier agreements
  • Monitor preferred supplier utilization and performance to meet account needs
  • Develop and interpret data analytics to analyze client third-party spend
  • Ensure effective commercial arrangements
  • Serve as a point of contact for Food & Beverage service-related questions and concerns
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering best practices, safety, and new technologies
  • Communicate preferred supplier metrics and promote network adoption
  • Foster strong relationships with business units and category management teams
  • Consistently achieve goals in a timely manner
  • Deliver clear and impactful communications
  • Introduce new best-in-class ideas and approaches to category strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Legal, Finance, Operations, TDS, HR, and Project Management
  • Utilize continuous improvement and change management techniques to develop and utilize preferred supplier programs
