Job Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in food and beverage industry and operations

Job Qualifications
- Preferred 10+ years of food and beverage industry and operational experience
- bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
- professional certifications such as Certified Custodial Technician (CCT) or Green Masters Certification preferred

- ability to effectively train and mentor others
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- excellent communication skills at all organizational levels

- understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to food and beverage operations

Job Duties

- monitors preferred supplier utilization and performance
- develops data analytics capabilities for client spend analysis
- ensures effective commercial arrangements
- serves as a point of contact for food and beverage service questions and concerns
- develops and delivers training programs on best practices, safety protocols, and new technologies
- communicates preferred supplier metrics to encourage adoption
- builds strong relationships with business units and category management teams
- consistently achieves results and goals
- delivers clear and impactful communications
- introduces new ideas and approaches for category strategy and supply market execution
- collaborates cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, TDS, HR, and project management departments
