Job Requirements

  • Holds food certifications ie ServSafe
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen management role ideally in similar setting
  • Strong foundation in food purchasing production and menu planning
  • Physical ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Passion for culinary excellence
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in kitchen management role
  • Strong foundation in food purchasing production and menu planning
  • Ability to maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee kitchen operations during shifts including decision-making and staff support
  • Train coach and develop kitchen and service staff with clear performance expectations
  • Maintain highest standards in food preparation plate presentation cleanliness and sanitation
  • Build relationships with residents ensuring meal satisfaction and addressing concerns
  • Create and manage staff schedules to optimize kitchen operations and staffing levels
  • Manage purchasing receiving and storage of food products maintaining cost efficiency
  • Ensure kitchen and service areas are fully prepped for each shift ready for seamless dining experience
