  • Five years experience in food and beverage leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret English documents
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Must qualify for all required licenses and permits
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Must be drug and nicotine free
  • Must work in noisy environment
  • Must be under surveillance conditions

Job Duties

  • Foster a fun environment

  • Manage gaming food and beverage team operations
  • Resolve customer complaints on food and beverage service

  • Inspect supplies and work areas for standards
  • Monitor budgets and payroll
  • Control beverage inventories
  • Assign duties and workstations
  • Analyze and resolve operational problems
  • Interview and train new team members
  • Adjust team schedules and manage labor costs
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide feedback
  • Enforce disciplinary policies
  • Manage team complaints and grievances
  • Administer rewards and recognition
  • Review team performance
  • Recommend team member status changes
  • Ensure team safety and cleanliness
  • Develop and manage training programs
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Adhere to regulatory and company policies
  • Manage attendance and time records
  • Assist with budget planning
