- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be drug and nicotine free

Job Duties

- Monitor budgets and payroll
- Control beverage inventories
- Assign duties and workstations
- Analyze and resolve operational problems
- Interview and train new team members
- Adjust team schedules and manage labor costs
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide feedback
- Enforce disciplinary policies
- Manage team complaints and grievances
- Administer rewards and recognition
- Review team performance
- Recommend team member status changes
