Job Requirements
- Must meet age requirements for alcohol service (typically 18–21+ depending on jurisdiction)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–5 years of food & beverage experience
- 2–3 years in a supervisory or shift-lead role
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Food Safety / ServSafe / Food Handler certification
- Ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure
Job Qualifications

- 2–5 years of food & beverage experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or shift-lead role (high-volume environments preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic financial/accountability practices, and Microsoft Office or similar software
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards
- Food Safety / ServSafe / Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain)
- Optional: Alcohol service permit or gaming license if required by the environment

Job Duties
- Lead daily shift operations by supervising, training, and directing staff to deliver consistent, high-quality food and beverage service
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership and prompt resolution of guest concerns
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and company policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations
- Manage inventory, par levels, and the ordering of food, beverage, equipment, and supplies based on business needs
- Oversee product quality, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation standards
- Ensure proper payment and/or comp authorization and support accurate end-of-shift cash register balancing
- Create schedules, assign duties, and uphold performance and service standards for team members
- Support daily cost control objectives, including monitoring labor costs and operational expenses
- Participate in developing specials, attending meetings, and completing required trainings
- Model professionalism and ethical conduct while promoting positive team and public relations
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support smooth operations
